Feats:

-Is a far more advanced cyborg model than those of the original Cyber Initiative
-Bears the memories and experiences of the four Lin Kuei cyborgs (Sektor, Cyrax, Smoke, and Cyber Sub-Zero)
-Upon awakening, killed all the Special Forces members guarding it with ease
-In its MKX Ending, destroys a chunk of the Special Forces army and using their technology, creates a clan of cyborg ninjas known as the Tekunin
--Along with this killed Sonya Blade, Cassie Cage, and maybe Johnny cage

Strength:

-Small Town level strength
-Should be as strong as Cyrax and Sektor, who can rip off limbs
--Possibly higher since he has the strength of Smoke and Sub-Zero

-Shotokan Karate and Dragon Kung Fu (from Cyber Sub-Zero)

-Jet Rockets (used for propulsion, and utilized by Sektor and Cyrax)

Sektor Variation Moves:

Straight Missile:

-Opens chest compartment to fire a missile at the opponent
-Enhanced Version fires four missiles at once in an arc pattern

Lock-On Missiles:

-Fires three missiles from its back to lock onto the opponent and land on them consecutively
-Enhanced Version fires a single, stronger missile that allows follows the opponent until it hits them

Teleport Uppercut:

-Teleports into the ground via lines of code and reappears behind the opponent, hitting them with an uppercut
-Enhanced Version follows up the uppercut with a brief energy blast that knocks them further back

Flame Burner:

-Fires streams of flame from its wrist via flamethrower
-Enhanced Version fires streams of flame from both wrists for further damage

Air Cyber Charge:

-Jumps into the air and charges forward via jet propulsion to slam into the opponent
-Enhanced Version deals greater damage

Cyrax Variation Moves:

Net:

-Fires an energy net from its chest compartment, entangling the opponent within it
-Enhanced Version slowly chips away health

Chest Saw:

-Opens its chest compartment, launching a robotic arm with a buzzsaw attached to slash the opponent should they come close
-Enhanced Version fires the buzzsaw as a projectile and holds the opponent in the air

Bomb:

-Fires a bomb from its chest compartment that lands on the ground and explodes within a few seconds
-Enhanced Version has the bomb detonate immediately upon landing on the ground

Scatter-Port:

-Splits its entire body into pieces and sends itself across the other side of the screen before reassembling itself
-Enhanced Version has the pieces deal damage as they pass by the opponent and hit them

Power Grab:

-Grabs the opponent in mid-air, uses its jets to fly upward, and slams the opponent upside down head-first
-Enhanced Version has a pop-up at the end to extend into combos

Hover Bomb:

-Fires a bomb from its chest compartment that hovers in the air and explodes within a few seconds
-Enhanced Version has the bomb detonate immediately upon making contact with the opponent

Smoke Variation Moves:

Trident:

-Fires three grappling hooks from its chest to pull the opponent towards it
-Enhanced Version sends forth electric currents to deal damage to the opponent

Smoke Cloud:

-Fires a smoke ball at the opponent's feet, sucking them in and making them reappear above from a smoke portal
-Enhanced Version deals more damage

Fade-Port:

-Fades through smoke and reappears above the opponent, dropping in on them
-Enhanced Version follows up with throwing the opponent upwards to extend into combos

Smoke Away/Forward:

-Disappears through smoke and reappears behind the opponent
-Enhanced Version allows to disappears and reappear at greater speeds and distances

Dissipate:

-Cloaks itself in smoke, making it blurrier and difficult to see, and performing it twice makes it even more difficult to see
-Enhanced Version completely makes itself invisible without any sign of where it is

Air Smoke Storm:

-Grabs the opponent in mid-air and spins them around in a gas of storm before throwing them

Cyber Sub-Zero Variation Moves:

Ice Ball:

-Fires an ice orb from its chest compartment at the opponent, freezing them solid
-Enhanced Version fires a much faster, beam of ice instead

Slide:

-Slides across the battlefield, leaving a trail of ice on the ground, and slide-kicks the opponent
-Enhanced Version creates ice spikes to deal more damage

Air Far/Close Dive Kick:

-Jumps in the air and uses its jets to kick the opponent in the chest in mid-air
-Enhanced Version follows up with sliding them on the ground, freezing them briefly in the process

Ice Bomb:

-Fires a bomb from its chest compartment that lands on the ground and explodes within a few seconds, freezing the opponent
-Enhanced Version has the bomb only freeze their feet, trapping them in place

Drone:

-Summons a hovering drone that adds more damage with ice beams to Special Moves, and can summon up to three in total
-Enhanced Version summons all three at once

Weaknesses:

-Each unit and form have their own respective weaknesses
--Cyrax's setups can leave him open for combos, Sektor is less well at close range and better at distance, Smoke is better at keeping the opponent off guard with different attacks, and Cyber Sub-Zero is similar to Cyrax in terms of setups
-Sektor is the main mental personality, still bearing his arrogance and insanity
-In spite of being an incredibly advanced cyborg, still is organic to an extent
--Fatalities, Brutalities, and X-Ray Moves reveal it has organs, a skeleton, and can still feel pain
